Jams, Jellies, Syrups, Salsa, Sauerkraut, Horseradish, Dill Pickles

Wild Country Gardens added a AHS Commercially Inspected kitchen and a store front in 2018.  This opened up the opportunity for us to produce all our products on our farm.   We have been producing and selling our products for 15 plus years at Farmers' Markets and by adding in our commercial kitchen we can now sell outside the Farmers Markets.  

Our products are found in several local stores, online and at our farm store.

Products we produce:

Fruit Jellies and Jams We use fruit from our orchard. The jams and jellies are made with 100% fruit, (no water added) to maintain the natural fruit flavour of the fruit. 

Fruit Syrups are made from 100% pure steam extracted juices with a flavour and colour that is simply amazing.

Tomato, Tomatillo  and Corn Salsas we have developed our recipes over the past several years and they are AHS lab tested and approved.  We grow most the vegetables needed for our recipe and what we can't grown are locally sourced. 

Sauerkraut making sauerkraut is a family affair and we always enjoy making it.  We source locally grown cabbage and jalapenos and are currently make two different flavours of Sauerkrauts.  We believe that mom and dad join us on sauerkraut making day and we always have a great visit.

Traditional Sauerkraut: made with our family recipe that as been passed down for three generations.

Jalapeno Sauerkraut: a new recipe we developed, by adding lots of fresh Jalapeno to our existing recipe and aging it just the right amount of time.

Horseradish is seasonal product that we make when the horseradish is ready to harvest.  We use the older roots that carry the most flavour and heat, this process takes a lot of stamina but it worth it.

Dill Pickles: We started sharing our pickles in 2020, I have been making pickles for many years and finally decided its time.  They are made with fresh cucumbers sourced from local farmers, our garlic, dill and grape leaves grown on our farm.
